Default P0389 339

My apologies upfront if this has been posted. I'm brand new to this site. I have a 06 pilot. just replaced timing belt w/ pulley tensioner and water pump. Code P0389 and 339 continue to pop up. I've tried changing Crank sensor along w/ the camshaft sensor w/ no luck. I've also changed plugs and adjusted valves. Any help is much appreciated.

Was the crankshaft sensor harness damaged? This is a circuit failure, and if you already replaced the crank sensor, you have a wiring problem.
