Default F23A swap to H22A

Hi guys,
This is my first post in this wonderful forum. I really like your forum, it's very useful and informative.
I have some issues to ask about if someone is welling to help me out.
I have Accord 2001 with F23A engine/auto tans., and I'm planning to change it.
Which will the best choice and fit better, the F20B or the H22A?
I did some research and found that the most common is the H22A, but much more expensive.
I'm trying to find a complete swap package (engine with auto tranny, ECU and wiring).
Please help me in this regard.
Thanks to all.

easiest thing to do is to make sure to get an obd2 H22.
F20b - forget about this swap. no mod/aftermarket support for it. plus it has less torque

mrj_accord, thanks for your prompt response.
I have another question if you don't mind.
What other parts do I have to change or modify (if any)? such as mountings, fuel connection, drive shafts or axles, any electrical wiring.
Thanks buddy.

first of all, do you want to keep the auto tranny? cause if you want a option that is less expensive and (if done correctly) better than an h22 swap, just swap the f23 head for an f22a6.. its the best flowing head honda have made so far. the cams are more agressive on the a6 version and you will have the torque of the f23 block. the head fits right there, no trouble and you wont even have to remove the engine!

Dear William,
Thanks for the help, your idea seems to be much affordable.
Do you have any idea how much will be the power and torque gain?
One more thing, my car's engine is F23A3, do you have any idea about its specs?
because I have tried to look through many websites but nothing is mentioned about it. It seems to be uncommon type.
Thanks again.
