So when I was looking at my steering wheel(Detachable). I noticed there was 5 wires that weren't being used. 1 Green, 1 gree/red, 1 blue, and 2 gray ones. I don't have a horn, so I assume two are for the horn? But the blue one was screwed in that blank spot to the left of the blue wire.

 

the horn one comes out of the SRS harness in the sense it's a "pin" hope you didn't cut it off.

 

The car came with a detachable steering wheel from the PO. Here's a picture..forgot to add it in the post.

 

The two rubber ones look like the key sense wires on top of the ignition switch. Not sure of the other two. ABS/Horn?

 

Ok. So the black wires(to the right, taped together) probably are the immobilizer key sense wires, the other 3(if you notice there's a 3rd one hiddin in there(green/red)) are probably abs or horn? How would I go about testing if they're ABS, horn, or key sense wires?

NO ! those sites are DEAD even this section is slow...

 

I would start by finding the SRS connector (yellow if it has/ahd an airbag) under the steering column and looking at the wire colors. The SRS an horn require a clockspring to operate, which is probably missing hence the cut wires.
