Default Need Help Please.

ok so this morning as im getting to work, Im on the hwy in 5th gear doing about 70mph the whole way. when all of a sudden the car the started slowing down. i had i foot all the way down and it didnt do nothing so throw it to 4th it picked up a lil for a second n did the same thing rpms and speed dropped. throw 3rd floored it car ripped vtec popped throw 4th ripped but when i let off it did the same again. foot on the gas car slowed down to a crawl .put it back in 3rd ripped. y could thios be

Was your speedo flipping out by chance? Maybe it has something to do with the ECU thinking you were going way too fast or something. Can't imagine what it would be.

Sounds like a distributor issue. Intermittent ignition control module problems cause this frequently. When you downshift and floor it do you hear a backfire? Although this only happens sometimes, it is a good indication.

If it is your ignition module, this could stay the same as it is or get worse. If you don't know how to test your ICM while driving you always replace it and take it back if it doesn't solve your issue.

Check distributor and throttle position sensor.

That's the next thing. The TPS can cause very strange issues.
