Default "catch can" valve cover breather "pvc" d16z6

Im interested in installing a "catch can" in my d16z6 I would like to know how to connect the lines and where, and if I do so will it be possible to delete the pvc system all together and just have a catch can?

first why i'm assuming this is a stock d16....pointless on your set up. 2, buy a kit comes with all the fittings/hoses.

2 go to the block beside the oil filter and the PCV gets blocked off via a plug.

Here's how I did mine on the super cheap. The main thing on the D-blocks is to get rid of the black box as that **** leaks.

Take a 3/4 NPT tap

Remove the black box

Lube it up and SLOWLY tap the hole, the tap it tapered, the hole isn't. You can and will crack the block

Then head to the ultimate tuning house...Home Depot and buy the correct fitting from the plumbing section. You can see it here

Then do the same thing to the valve cover with a smaller drill and tap. Drill 2 holes, tap them, screw in fittings....MAGIC

Then buy a 2 dollar aluminum water bottle from Wall-Mart, install the same fittings as the block, stick a filter on the top and you have a $15 non leaking catch can. You can kinda see the lines here.
