Default Difference between the ky\gc springs rates

sup HT. I don't know much about shocks and suspensions but I had some GC coil overs on my LS with stock shocks but I'm not sure what kind of they but they ride very smooth even when I dump the car all the way it's still smooth. So I was planning on getting some with KY shocks w/ GC the HT special Kit... and I'm not sure what's the difference between the Springs rates (racing, touring, and aggressive). My car a DD, AutoCross here and there, and Track.

Usually you want stiffer rates in back of earlier model civics/integras for any kind of autocross or track use. The tradeoff for that is bad ride quality.

My ITR had 360 front and 380 rear rates with Koni Yellows. The ride quality was good as long as I didn't dump it. You can go higher. Something like 425/450 shouldn't be too harsh.

I don't know anything about springs rates but is 425/450 going to be bouncy as a DD? I hates bouncy rides. I planning to put my GSR pretty low... no finger gaps. because I had the GC coilovers on my LS and dumped it... it wasn't bouncy at all it rides smooth... I'm not sure what are the spring rates for the GC on my ls.

I have progress CS-II 350/350 and it is a great ride. Comparable to my lexus. I added 450 springs on the rear because I autox mine. The ride is firm and only a little bouncy at hwy speeds when hitting a bump. I can barely get my finger between fender and tire.
