The car is Honda Civic and the variant is an SIR that has a b16a but has an existing simota air filter.

are you looking for a pod filter or is the stock air box being used ?

 

K&N Website will tell you stock replacement.

What size intake pipe are you using. It's not that complicated. If you have 2.75" pipe, buy a cone with 2.75" outlet.
