What HID kit for my 2000 civic si
None. Retrofit HID optics or don't do anything.
Are your current headlamp bulbs dual filament or single? That should answer the question for you.

The Morimoto Mini Stage 3 kit (D2S) from the Retorfit Source would be perfect.
If the headlight housings are stock then we're talking about an H4 bulb, which is dual filament.

No...NO!!! Leave it stock and stay away from those ricer lights. If you do it correctly and do a retro fit than stay 6000k or below. Your current Halogens will have more light output that a 10-12k HID headlight. 6000k is what you usually see on the higher end luxury cars stock.
Time to bust out the spoon.

Either of those kelvin ratings would be a horrible idea. They don't produce a usable output and are obnoxious.
