I have an 01 TL and I've tried for hours to remove the pulley and the problem is that the bolt hits the frame so I can do it that way so I've tried taking off the whole assembly by removing the two 10mm bolts and still nothing! Is there a special way?!

 

Remove engine mount and jack engine up until it has clearance

 

There was a 8mm bolt in the middle of the tensioner assembly and I got it done.
