I was thinking of sanding it down. And putting a truck bed liner and a rubber undercoating to top it off.

What do you guys think i should do? Opinions/ help woulld be appreciated greatly!

well.. took off bumper and found out the rust eat through the metal a little bit already.. so i guess only option is to cut it out and weld new metal in there.. to kill the rust completely ( hopefully)

yeah good thing i found it out before it became bad cancer. now it is still fixable.

If i bring it to a body shop to get it fixed. Do you guys usually take out the registration and insurance card? or do you guys leave it in there.. i dont want people to know where i live lol. ( am i being to paranoid with that?)

I would want to do it myself but i usually stay away from body work. Not so keen at it.

Doesn't hurt but no offence I don't think you have to worry about your car being stolen lol. if the place seems like a good place just leave it I doubt they'll sift threw your belongings, although I ALWAYS remove my GPS and other items of value.
