bored thought id post up an update
well this weekend i got a little more done on the hatch. its comin along, fairly slowly but surely. today i yanked out the gas tank and all 3 lines that go with the gas tank, vent, feed, return. as of now i can pick up the rear and the front ends by hand on the hatch. so its lost some weight. not quite sure when im goin to order the fiberglass but i might have the lexan cut this week. i got some pics today but they arent uploaded to any web based pages.
Damn Dustin your baby is tore up! It was only a few weeks ago that you still had the integra dash and the motor and everything still in! Jesus. It's cool that you are working on it though, let me know if I can help out. Oh and give me a call at the shop (509) 734-9779 on tuesday and I will get your fuel rail on the way for you!
This isn't the one that was stolen, then found and now being rebuilt is it?

Oh ****!! Here is my question to you though...how do you remember exactly where everything goes back together? Cause I know looking on my car, there are several places that have threaded holes very close to each other...I would get confused when doing a complete breakdown like you are. Also, what about all the bolts you took off?
****, its a race car, about the only thing thats goin back in it is the integ dash and a seat which wont use stock locations. its easy, the bolts r very universal. all u need is the right length, most everything else just is mix and match, ha.

are you painting the car inside and out? And I wish I could have a motor w/mount rushmore pistons sitting in my kitchen.

How hard was it getting that teg dash in there, and what are you gonna do about door panels .... run teg ones ? I heard they require some serious modifying to make em fit .... I ask because Im rebuilding a hatch shell like this too, and I see more black teg dashs for sale then I see black hatch dashs for sale....someone eneds to do a detailed wakl through on the DC2 dash into the EG chassis...Id be very interested to read it, with pictures
