Aside from my personal distaste for pie cuts, that looks pretty good so far. I like scrolling through mountains of pics. Keep it going.

Some more pics as I find time around all the family gatherings to work on it.

Skunk2 Fuel Rail with ID1000 injectors. Boy, are they tight fitting. The second ridge of the injector adapters is wider the the first. Makes fitting it into the fuel rail really tight. I cant seem to get it to sit right. I took off the o-ring and it went in just fine. I guess a little more elbow grease should work...or my vise...LOL

I found our I had a clearance issue with the turbo and the block cooling fitting. I guess I have to put the OEM plug back in and find another source.

Thank you. The NSX is pretty much stock and will stay that way if I can help it.

Build looks great so far sir! You definitely can't go wrong with one of Mac's turbos. Hopefully we can meet up someday.

So I cant get the injectors to go into the Skunk2 composite fuel rail. Referring to the pics above, the very top of the injector measures 10mm, and right below the oring is 10.65mm. The go right in without orings. I even tried OEM orings and a vise to push them in. Nothing worked. Has anyone else had issues with the Skunk2 fuel rail?

you may have to use washers to get them in properly. its not uncommon. They know that several types of injectors could go into the rail, so washers or shims may be in order.

Can we get some info on this turbo? Looks garret based, but what are the specs of this and type of power it can support?

I ended up finding out that the Skunk2 Fuel rail comes with its own sized O-rings. The OEM ones do not fit. For future reference, the O-rings needed are 11mmOD, 7mmID, 2mm thick. I had to buy a pack of 100 to get them. So if anyone is looking for replacement orings, PM me. LOL

You can PM TheShodan for specs. My power goals are 450-475, while staying streetable. This was what was recommended by him.

After reading a lot of threads regarding wiseco pistons having p2w clearance issues, I built the engine looser than what was recommended. While I never had any contact, I burn A LOT of oil. This time around, I had the machine shop set it to wiseco's recommendations (which I cant remember off the top of my head)...

So more updates....

Finally got the correct injector O-rings for my Skunk2 fuel rail.

Turbo oil feed adapter

I was a little wary about the return line positioning. I am running a Moroso oil pan, which I know the fitting placement is less than ideal. Do you think this will be fine? I can still shorten the line a bit.

I decided to change out my 68mm Professional Products throttle body to a Skunk2 70mm Alpha Throttle Body.

Well, Mac had figured out I had run the turbo feed line backwards. The 90 degree end should be on the turbo. I had to clock the oil distribution block towards the left to get the straight fitting in.

Update:

So I finaly received my -4AN oil restrictor and -6AN fittings for my turbo coolant lines.

I will also be getting rid of my Moroso oil pan for the less than ideal oil return line placement in favor of an OEM pan.
