Icon5 Hi about to change head on my 1998 accord

Does any one know the torque specification for this type of engine and if possible the cam shaft bolt specification.

this info is for 4 cyl model.
headbolts
step 1. 22ft lbs
step 2. tighten 90 degrees
step 3. tighten 90 degrees
step 4. (new bolts only) tighten 90 degrees

camshaft bearing caps.
6.0 x 1.0 mm..........................108 IN lbs
8.0 x 1.25 mm...........................16 ft lbs

One more question my upper raditator hose keeps on getting super fast as soon as i turn the car on the when i open the cap so much air comes out i bleed the system but it develops so much air could this be the head gasket...i had the old raditor cap on their and it started foaming bubbles?????/ can u help me i just bought this car
and on top of that my brakes dont work i tried to bleed them and just a little of brake fluid came out i dont get it can any one help please!!!!

Sounds like a clogged line on the brakes.

is your thermostat in place? is it new?
maybe have a partially clogged bleeder screw or like said above, clogged/ collapsed rubber, hard line.
