I have a 1990 Accord EX 198K Runs great. Recently I began having an issue with the turn signals. When I turn on the left signal, it blinks really fast, but usually only at certain speeds (i.e. faster than 25 mph). It blinks fast when parked, but blinks normal if im driving under 25mph, then blinks faster when the speed gets higher. That's just the start. Also occasionally when the left turn signal is on, the wipers will start working. When I try to turn off the signal, they keep working for a few seconds. Same thing happens if I only turn on my wipers. If I just turn them on, they seem to work normally, but sometimes they sort of freeze in the middle of the widnshield for a brief second. After turning them off, the continue to work for a few seconds more... This happens all the all the time. I was thinking maybe some sort of faulty wiring, but I havent installed new bulbs recently or tampered with the wiring, so I dont see how it could just start out of the blue. I cant find any problems similar to this on google, so I came here. Any idea what this could be? How are the two connected? Thanks
