Default 2001 accord ex coupe no instrument, clock or climate.c lights

Good day new to this forum just bought this used accord and none of the dash lights are illuminating I see that the gear lights come on when headlights are off but not when on. AbsoluteLy no interior lights cut on except for the dome lights and aftermarket radio light. Ive heard the stories about dimmer wire and multiplex and what's not but idk checked all the fuses and they are fine. Previous owner had a set installed also could that have contributed to the problem? Also people told me to change the speedometer as it could be the dimmer switch but if it is shouldn't the interior be illuminated a bit if the dimmer swit h is the problem or does the switch go from no interior lights at all to bright lights any assistance is appreciated!

Its been a few hours, be patient.

Try checking your small lighting fuse again. This specific branch of wiring goes all over your car. For example, my girlfriends 94 LX had a shorted wire on the drivers side bumper reflector. It caused the entire dash to fault because one little wire was bad in the REAR of the vehicle. I would do some research and find where that specific circuit works itself around, and check those connections.
