ITR intake manifold & TB HP gains

I have a 1st get b16 and ITR cams. If i get an ITR intake manifold how much power can i expect to gain? How much will i gain if i get the manifold and the TB?

I'm thinking 10-12 for both. Dial in your cam timing and you may see more.
