bc 300/300 stage 2 cams
What are you talking about? The cams aren't going to do anything for your compression. Static compression is just that...static. Switching cams will change the lift/duration of the valves, but has no impact on compression.
If you have stock internals, these cams are not for you. You dont just toss in a set of cams and go...there are a dozen factors that play into cam choice and you're getting ahead of yourself
First of all, which engine is this?
What is done to it?
What is your power goal?

Beat me to it^^^
OP just leave It stock...or boost it those guys who do all motor on a b18(non-vtec) are just as bad as the all motor/bolt on D-series guys, could still walk them with a b20V thrown together.

^^Exactly...the best thing you could do would be to swap a VTEC head. Its probably just as expensive as the cams, but will yield much better results.
