cams dont do anything for your compression ratio

no need to put those cams in a stock engine

What are you talking about? The cams aren't going to do anything for your compression. Static compression is just that...static. Switching cams will change the lift/duration of the valves, but has no impact on compression.

If you have stock internals, these cams are not for you. You dont just toss in a set of cams and go...there are a dozen factors that play into cam choice and you're getting ahead of yourself

First of all, which engine is this?
What is done to it?
What is your power goal?

Beat me to it^^^

OP just leave It stock...or boost it those guys who do all motor on a b18(non-vtec) are just as bad as the all motor/bolt on D-series guys, could still walk them with a b20V thrown together.

what did I just say lol sell them ! you may gain 5whp from them...a good build ? throw a VTEC head on and ARP rod bolts/head studs.

^^Exactly...the best thing you could do would be to swap a VTEC head. Its probably just as expensive as the cams, but will yield much better results.

Read this: https://honda-tech.com/forums/all-motor-naturally-aspirated-44/how-build-%22reliable%22-lsvtec-b20vtec-1676914/ <---I used this same thread to build my LS/VTEC back in the day

i hate threads like these. what is the point if you're going to ignore all advice anyway? waiting for someone to come in and say it's good cams for a stock motor?
