96 accord 3/4 speakers dead
So my 96 honda accord Driver side and both rear speakers do not work. I bought some aftermarket speakers , and adapters to plug them in. I plugged it in on my driver side and rear , the aftermarket speakers do not work. Is there a chance the adapter that came with my car are broken should i cut it off and just wire it directly with wires that came with my speakers?
Either take them back to where you bought the adapters from and try new ones, or just wire it directly. But I recommend always buying installation equipment and parts from metra they are highly trusted and you can find their parts at Best Buy too www.metraonline.com

before you jump into wiring it directly, give us some more info on ur set up.
pretty sure ur running an aftermarket headunit. u running anything else? have amps/eq installed?
u should check these connections if u have amps/eq installed. follow those wires from the back of the HU all the way to the speakers. u might have a short or loose wire along these wires.
