Default My original purple Gsr sedan

some of you on here may know i used to have a 2000 civic ex coupe i was building with an acura el front end. it was my first ground up build wasnt the best but i was proud of it for it being my first try on my own, well car was totaled earlier this year from a driver doing an illegal u turn in front of me so i was in search for another project. wanted something more clean this time and ive always wanted another integra 4 door since i got my rid of mine last summer, i found a pretty good deal on another one just purple this time and couldnt resist

i bought it pretty much bone stock its an original 1996 dark currant pearl gsr integra sedan unmolested with 188k miles heres some shots of it when i first purchased it on September 2013

so far ive done a numerous amount of modifications to it
full 2000 conversion
rear fog light
mudflaps
type r front lip
clear bumper lights
red h emblems and rear honda amblem
full bwr suspension (one pieces, lower control arms, rear camber)
polished beaks bar
type r valve cover
downstar spike bolts
mugen strut bar
recaro rep seats
custom door panels and shift boot
07 si axle back
and a few little minor tweaks as well

Heres a few shots i took of it at night a few days ago:

got a few other parts i havent installed yet, (skunk2 manifold, 65mm throttle body, aem fuel rail, innovative motor mounts skunk2 test pipe)
my theme for this car is a ukdm type r look so if anyone has or knows anyone who is selling ukdm front fog lights and ukdm rear bumper plate bracket lmk

Due to poor handling and driving capability on north eastern streets and a cracked oil pan I will be raising it about 2" and giving it a more clean functional look and feel
I picked up a set of clean oem Gsr blades oem h center caps off a set of si's, clear oem side markers, GS-R emblem from a 92-93 db2 that I ordered from Acura along with 2 silver and red "DOHC VTEC" decals to put on the rear doors underneath the side moldings

******* niceeeee, shame about the oil pan though, how does it look after lifting it 2inches? I plan on buying an expensive lip, with 16s on my civic, and its stock height..which is very high, i think like 2-3 finger gap will be golden for my set up, and yours. Report back man.

I love every thing about this except the red door panels. put them with the black tweed that comes on the itr. and it'll be sick.

Brooooo

This car is sooo sick bro!

I have never seen this done in my life!

The crown royal blue thing blew me away bro!

Bro!

The upainted ITR replica lip really sets it apart from the rest!

Bro!

for srs, I hope you really mean that you'll be making it more functional. I'm around the 203 quite often. I wouldn't mind helping you turn the DB8 back around!

Been a while since I've been on here
here's a Lil update

after the oil pan broke I replaced it and oil pickup with a brand new one also picked up a set of oz superleggeras painted the motor and tranny and started to tuck the driver side headlight harness

Shortly after I found a great deal on a seibon carbon fiber trunk and had to ****** it

I ended up selling the oz wheels to a friend of Mines and got a set of slips for the Winter until I go 5 lug in the spring good thing is I got rid of the Recaro reps and got my hands on an official mint set

once the weather clears up I will be deleting the abs and possibly the power steering steering as well and finishing the tuck also getting a seibon carbon fiber hood to match the trunk and putting 36mm ITR 5 lug hubs on and champ white 16" type r wheels also have a few other Lil parts going on like ukdm bumpers, clear Stanley side markers, skunk2 intake mani and headers, and apexi ws2 exhaust
