What do you guys recomend for me wanting to make my b16 fast as hell. Which turbo kit? what else after turbo can i do to add speed and torque. I have a ek hatch. I dont care about cost i want the best of the best. And is their any way i can have a 6 speed manual with my b16a2? if not then is the ls 5th gear the only option to go?

 

just stop now lol....only way you're getting a 6 speed in your EJ6 is with a k20/24.

If moneys not an issue why not just go k series. Since for some weired reason you want 6 gears.

slap the biggest turbo you can find on that sucker

 

EVERYONE has a K-series, be an outsider. Sell your B16 long block and go H2B by getting a jdm H22. You can go pretty far with a built head and stock block. KEEP your transmission and upgrade with some LSD and some mfactory custom gears/final drive.

-H2B is LIGHTER in any shell compared to a K-series in any shell

-The amount your going to spend going K-series, you can get way more going the H2B route.

optional.... an AC kit for a K-series swap is about $400 nowadays when getting AC with a H2B is not even 1/4 the price of that lol

Honda tuning Magazine had an article on the most popular engine weight's h came out heavier then the k.
BTW the H is 1,heavy 2,FRM sleeved 3,harder to find good aftermarket parts for.

*sigh* he was messing with you sir.... He's impliedly stating that you need to understand every and ALL components of turbocharging before purchasing by once again, looking at similar setups on here, going through FAQs etc. No one will spoon feed or give the "best parts", because there are none.. there are the "worst" parts... but not the best.

Please don't complain about "but all I wanted to know was......." . Its unfortunately going to fall on deaf ears (or blind eyes, when it comes to reading a forum? ) because that requires a LOT on your pocketbook, mechanical inclination, availability for resources, and other budgetary constraints. The resources for knowledge and understanding are highly available. please utilize them like you would a good ole' fashion science project.
