Hello i Have a 97 integra i was driving down the road heard what i thought to be a belt but pushed the car home took apart were the timing belt goes the cover and all took belt off inspected it no crack frays or anything timing is still set good but car will not turn over any ideas

 

are you getting fuel or spark?

any CEL's?

 

fuel pump turns on but cant check for spark because cant get the car to turn over battery is fully charged and no cels

 

Check ur starter if it doesnt turn over or give the starter a jump from the signal wire to positive cable on ur starter btw is it stick shift or automatic

 

So your car just shut off while you were driving? Have you checked fuses? I would take the alternator to a automotive store and have it tested.

 

So I understand, you said "car will not turn over any ideas" first it is the engine that turns over, [starter motor working] or did you mean engine does turn over, [starter working] but will not start?

Also you can still test for spark, if engine turns over, even if it does not start, you should use an HEI spark tester, $10-$15 at any auto parst store. 94

 

the crank is seised and when i pulled the head looks like 1,3,4 seised up and pistons were really burnt and chipped
