Car ran good last drags about 2 weeks ago, but would boost cut later during the day due to air temps. Set the intake air temp comp to all zeros. Uploaded the map and went for some passes this past sunday. car would burnout, go 1st,2nd, then would cut in 3rd and 4th. hooked up the laptop to see. reset the ecu by uploading a new map shuting it down then re open it and uploaded the race map. car did the same thing. after a few tries car did a full pass. but on the return lane, tried to open up second gear and car would cut. i dont have that datalog but i sent 2 different ones. it seams like when u let off pass 50% throttle the car cuts off. boost cut is at 26psi, which was never reached. i tested the map sensor with a multimeter and all checked out fine. also with the key on engine off i unplug the map sensor and the boost controller starts making a loud buzzing sound. any help would be great. thanks

i cant upload the map and datalogs to here, so this is where they can be found.

Well, Im not too sure about the cutting. But I do know that if you unplug the map and have everything powered on, whether the engine is running or not, the boost controller will buzz. So that is a normal thing. I know this because I did that by accident. I turned the key on, the controller was buzzing and thats when I realized I forgot to plug the map in.

are you running an intank fuel pump? do you have enough gas in your tank? I have had friends that think running a little bit of gas to save weight was a good idea and they would have similar problems like you...once you are going down the track at high speeds, all of the gas is pushed to the back and the pump is not sucking any gas in...maybe check that?

I've had a couple cars act similar to this and it was the factory ignition coil over heating.

ok, so i disabled the data logging and the same thing happened. I added more grounds, rechecked tps, map, coil, igniter, main relay, all fuses, timing, cap, rotor, wires, plugs. i changed the alternator. fuel pump is ok. took it for a test drive and at 5375 rpm it cuts off. looked at the logs and the sensors said boost cut, fuel cut and ign cut. never even got to vtec. i will be trying another ecu soon and see what happens. could it be a corrupt file being uploaded to the ecu? the car was tuned on this laptop but later it caught a virus and had to be wiped clean. so i had to download the map from the ecu in order to save it to my laptop.
