Icon6 99 Civic Ex won't start after stolen

I have a D16y8, my car recently got stolen. Aside from cosmetics, it appears they stole the following engine components: Cold Air Intake, Distributor, and Plugs. It's not much, I replaced it all; however my car wont start. I have fuel and spark... not sure about compression? So basically I want too know if their is some type of component they stole and would inhibit my car from starting and might have over looked.. or if the ******** blew my motor... any advise????? help

yeah, it doesn't look like anything was cut. I had a chipped one and harness..... they stole that.

But you still have an ECU plugged into the car, down at the kick panel? Have you checked timing? Compression test?

Is it cranking? Check distributor position.

No, Grape, they're keyed to prevent that from happening.
