well my aftermarket tps sensor went out again. I was wondering what the lifespan of these things supposed to be?
like 2-3 years only?

theyre pretty shitty.

what ive seen inside of these aftermarket ones is a VERY tiny bond wire. it does not look like it can withstand any vibration. very different than OEM, despite looking the same from the exterior.

in fact they've failed multiple times on racecars. which is how i can say this with certainty.

problem is that the OEM TPS sensors arent available without buying the whole OEM TB.

oh ok. good kinda, cause I thought my wiring was shitty. my first 5 I thought was kinda weird. over time of course and not in the course of a couple of years.

and since last I bought one, they appear to have gone up in price a lot.
