Hey, I got a remote today for my 97 Civic EX and was looking to program it. The Factory radio is connected to the main harness clips (green and white). It also has the black antenna rod. When I turn the ignition to ON (II) and hold the valet button the radio shuts off but the locks do not cycle. I also continued on with the steps and the remote now activates/deactivates the dome light haha...So the programming is working but the power locks are not functioning with the keyless system. Any ideas?
