I have a 1997 2 door civic and my window has all this sticky stuff on it from the melted felt. There is a strip you can take off the door panel. Does anyone know what that strip called?

 

Are you talking about the interior window molding? Those are easy to replace but you do need a donor door panel to replace them, Honda doesn't sell just that piece by itself. But if you were to replace the outer window molding those they sell separately.
