sorry to create a thread about that but on the pic the part number 3 is mounted with oem screw and im looking to install a password jdm fender washer kit,,,but if someone can tell me if the password jdm are to thick and can be an issue(Hood closed)

 

Looks like #3 is the rubber strip that goes between the metal fender's edge and the Plastic/PVC front bumper cover.
I don't remember seeing any of the screws for this rubber strip being exposed and isn't the washer kit mainly for cosmetic appearances?

 

nop its the metal plate that goes on the bumper to hold it...and i just try one washer and everything is good fit perfectly the Hood close number one

I don't have pwjdm fender washers but I have another brand and it closes without any issues.

 

Just installed all washer and everything is ok...
