Default MPFI swap

Long story short. I had a exhaust valve on my D15b2 shatter last spring so I swapped in a 90-91 SOHC ZC into my '90 DX hatchback. Not having enough money at the time I did not do the MPFI swap. Now that I have collected all the parts I need I am ready to do it.

ZC IM complete
ZC distributor
PM6 A09 ECU
Si throttle cable
Plugs and wiring from the ZC doner harness
Resistor box
New gaskets, vacuum, and coolant lines
A bunch of great MPFI swap instructions from H-T

The only problem I have run into is the ZC IM does not a FICV. In its place (compared to a Si PM6 IM) is just a 45 degree elbow tube that points to the TB side of the intake. Do I plug it up or run a line between that and the corresponding spot above the IACV?

EDIT: I have been creeping on here since '05 and just realized I never posted before lol

u dont have to run a fast idle valve at all. u can jus run the hoses like it was there from the elbow under tb. or jus leave them open if u want. or run the one to the iacv and the one from the water pipe behind block to the alt side of iacv. jus whatever. but u dont have to run a fitv. my itr head itr manifold doesnt have a fitv, but my b18a1 ls swap does. it dont matter it just idles the car up when u crank it cold til it warms up

you don't need the FICV - just cap off any of the unused nipples on the back of the manifold - don't connect any of them together
