My car has the stock keyless entry system on it I have a couple questions 1. Is there any way to change the sound it makes when fully locking my car 2. When locking my vehicle only one of the halos on my headlights flash I have spec-d projector headlights

2. That sounds like a problem best addressed by the manufacturer of your headlights.

 

Change your horn if you want a different tone.
