i just got a 99 accord ex 4dr i need to change the front signals but have no owners manual to do it. I know this seems like a dum ? but i need to know.

 

go thru the inner fenderwell

 

take off couple screws off the fender wall and slip your hand behind it.
is a cake.
or just take out the whole bumper and replace it..

on the subject of signal bulbs. I've tried many to match my headlight bulbs. The best out there are 'visuals'. definately worth the money. they cost like 20 each though.

 

Where do get these so called (visuals) at? And what color are they?

 

Dude...get PIAA signal bulbs..I got mine from some local JDM store.
is about 20 bucks for two...
the glass part is blue and the light come out white.
It look so good with the chrome reflector behind it...

I bought them at a good tuner shop. out of about 6 shops that i go to only one sells them. they come in four colords. red,blue,amber, and hyperwhite. they look real good on because they perfectly match my xenon bulbs when they're not blinking and they are extra white when blinking. Also, they don't give off that blue reflection that looks cheap in the day because there is a metallic coating on the bulb. these things are mad tight noth cheap though. So far i've tried bl hybrid and they look too yellow when they're on but ok blinking and raybrig signals and these totally suck

 

I changed my lights, but the turn signal does not blink, but the one on the lower bumper does any advice

 

change around the wiring so that the bumpers are on and the blinkers blink
