I hate to be the guy that asks the question that's been asked a million times, but searching has not helped and I want to dig in with some knowledge. I'm sure the plug is in the interior somewhere, but I would like to know exactly where. I'm getting a p0141(code 65) and I want to test the connection before crawling underneath. The downstream O2 is located post Catalyst under the vehicle. The direct wire connector is also under the car.

If you are looking for the heater circuit ground at the ECU it is Pin A5 (ORG/BLU or ORG/BLK wire) and the battery supply is the BLK/YEL wire from the under dash fuse box fuse no.4, pin 7.
