Default OverHeat problem.....WON'T GO AWAY!!!! Help

OK, guys maybe someone can help me. Ill out of answers. My turbo f22 keeps overheating. Ive change the headgasket 3 times. Change the themostat, and checked everything. The car runs fine when im not boosting. But when i boost past 6psi, my car losts alot of water out of the overfill bottle next to the radiator. Any suggesstion? I already took the head off and got it resurfaced and leak and pressure checked it. Change the headgasket 3 times already. and the water pumps fine. Any suggestion WOULD BE THANKFUL....... IM tired of taking the stupid head off and on. thanks

is the turbo water cooled as well as oil cooled? If so, where is your tap for the coolant?

Im assuming no leaks both from the tailpipe in the form of smoke and traditional liquid seepage from the engine?

Nope no leaks anywhere. Only from the overfill bottle near the radiotor when I boost. Doesn't leak while im sitting still. Only after the boost (7 to 9psi) then i check under the hood and a have water near that area.

did you pop the bottle out and check it out for any cracks? perhaps the hose that leads from the radiator to the overflow bottle has some cracks?

Nope no cracks. I check for cracks on the bottle and on the raditor and all my water lines. I know im getting air pressure in the system, when i boost. and the pressure is causeing the water to come out of the bottle.

Does the cooling system hold presure? Does the radiator cap seal properly?

The system holds a little pressure.
Have you presure tested it? How much presure does it hold? Is the sealing surface on the radiator in good shape?

It's probably sealing good then. Have you tried a leakdown test to see if presure is getting into the cooling system?

Ok, if your sure. I usually do a leakdown to be sure. Possible problems if combustion gasses are getting into the cooling system:
Bad headgasket or improper installation.
Warped head.
Uneven head surface.
Uneven block surface.
Cracked head.
Cracked block.

Is it possible you are running wrong plug heat range or running lean and causing severe detonation?

Uneven head surface. (CHECK REMILLED)
There's one more thing i've seen. (I hope this isn't your problem.) A couple years ago a 93 Civic came in from an independent shop. They had put numerous head gaskets on it that would only last about 1000 miles. They had given up. After pulling the head, inspection began. The first thing I noticed was that the head had been milled. I didn't think much of it because Civics tend to warp their heads when they are overheated. A check with a straight edge showed it was flat and even. No signs of cracks. So on to the block; straight and even also with no visable cracks. I did notice something odd about one of the dowel pins, it looked like someone had tapped it with a hammer. I measured the height of the dowel sticking out of the block and compared that with the depth of the hole in the head. Guess what. It was too long, and was keeping the head from seating properly. A quick measurement of the cylinder head height showed it was way below spec. After talking to the owner, and going thru her repair orders, it turns out she had been having repeated problems over the last couple years and the head had been milled at least 4 times.

my friends turbo eclipse (420A neon motor powered ) kept overheating. he didnt know why until he checked his fans and realized they no longer worked. they got replaced, and now no more problems.. overheating ones at least.

just thought i would throw something not related to the block into the pot.

Did you replace the headbolts when you replaced the headgasket?
