Default V65 Sabre

Recently purchaced a 1984 V65 Sabre, beautiful with 16000 miles. Carbs gummed up. Took apart, soaked, cleaned, blew out, ready to reassemble. Problem is vacuum diaphragms are swelled that I cannot lay in groove without wrinkling. Any suggestions?

if you have the capital... get away from CV type carbs as soon as possible.

the motor will absolutely come alive.

not sure where to get OEM replements... and they should probably be replaced at this point.

FYI... that V65 motor is a good one!
