does anyone have directions to make one of the japanese license plate holders that lay flat at around 40 mph. i think it was larry that had one on his crx. its a wonderful way to not get lazered by the cops and its a trendy mod in japan. they are supposedly spring loaded so it looks normal when stopped and low speeds but on freeways it lays flat. if anyone has directions on how to do it or knows of a place to get one id greatly appriciate it. also if someone has directions part numbers and places where the parts were bought would be very helpful.

Is it really that hard? some hinges and maybe a spring. I might be wrong though. I do not mind having one if these. Keep the po po away and give fresh air to my IC.
