Stop with the cap lock "on".
That means your yelling at someone.
Can you do some of the work yourself ?
Do you have a good set of tools and floor jack and jackstands ?
Remember safety first. If this is your first time doing this, walk into the HP. With HP comes speed, the faster you go the quicker bad things happen.
Everything you want to know is on here. just read. make a list of things you think you need, put a price with each item.
Then figure out if you have enough money.
Second rule, you never have enough money.

I mainly race at the 1/8th mile track. Its all about the 60ft and 330ft time in 1/8th mile racing. Concentrate on suspension and get some 24.5 slicks.
This is where I would start, take shell and strip it clean.
Weld in a certified cage for faster than you think you will be going.
Then strip the car of things that aren't used for the motor to run. (down to the wiring)
Meanwhile do some research and check back AFTER you have done those things.

Goeff at Full-Race is good at what he dose. Sometimes you get what you pay for. When you buy his stuff, you get what you pay for.
Let's look at your whole package. What are your goals for a ET ? 10 seconds, 9's or 8's.
What will you be using for fuel management ?
Who will be doing the Tune ?
Is there someone local who you can go to for machine work, or things you can't do yourself?
