Default Car wont start

I have a 94 civic with a d15b z6 head 5spd p28ecu that wont start. I was driving one day and it randomly shut off on me while driving. After it shut off it wont turn back on. The battery is good , the car cranks, main relay clicks .... I counted a cel light 15. I tested everything for the cel 15 but still no go. Any help?

1) Have you checked for bright white spark at all 4 plugs and listened for whether the fuel pump primes?

2) Did you take the igniter unit to AutoZone for testing?

3) Does the coil and igniter unit get battery voltage?

I don't think Autozone does any testing anymore. At least not in my area that I see. By all means call them, and correct me if I am wrong.

If you reset the ECU, does code 15 return after cranking the engine for 30 seconds?

Does the fuel pump prime?
