My 2003 EX Malfunction Indicator Lamp is on. The engine idles roughly, slows then dies.

Autozone diagnostic came up with two possibilities. P0341 CMP Sensor and CKP Sensor incorrect phase detected.
P0011 UCT System malfunction.

Where is the VCT Screen Filter located in a 2003 EX, and what is the procedure for removing and inspecting for blockage?

Is code P0341 usually a timing chain issue?

I have 98,000 miles or thereabouts. Oil is topped up. This happened quite suddenly.
