Default 1997 Accord, Stalls and dies when put in Drive

Long story short, my t-belt snapped and bent some valves. I replaced all the valves, timing belt, gaskets etc. Made sure timing is perfect, adjust valve lashes. Did compression test and came with 190 all across the board. I got the car to start up and it idle good. Everything seems to be ok but every time i put the car into DRIVE(Auto) the car seems to choke really hard and just die. If its REVERSE or Parking(IDLE) the car idles good. I am getting a CEL code 41 but its calling for O2 i believe. I just dont know wtf is wrong with the car, i have been in the Honda game for a while now and never heard of this. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

CAR INFO: 1997 Honda Accrod SE (2dr) AUTO

Have you tried cleaning the throttle body?

No i have not, i guess it doesnt hurt trying but why would the car run good on REVERSE and then choke and die on DRIVE. If it was a bad or dirty T/B it should do it on any gear.

I would check the connections on the head and make sure all is plugged in well and that you have vacuum on everything. Clean egr valve, look at your iacv too. Really check all that emissions stuff connected to the head. If all you did was a timing belt and removed the head to rebuild, it would have to be connected to the head. Assuming it ran fine before.
Maybe check your distributor too. Well if yours is a 97 the crank sensor will be by the balancer, check that plug too.
Just some thoughts...
