2001 Honda accord 3.0L running rough at idlewith misfire codes
Hi,
I have a 2001 Honda accord with a 3.0L V6. It has misfire codes on all 6 cylinders (P0301-P0306) and (P1399) Temp random misfire. I have 308,000 miles. I did as compression test and I have 165psi on the lowest and 184psi on the highest. So compression is good. I did a cylinder balance test and found only one cylinder currently misfiring.
That cylinder is #5. I spark checked that cylinder, passed. I swapped spark plugs and that still didn't make a difference. Moving on........
With the engine running i pulled my stethoscope out and listened for the fuel injectors pulsing, passed. Moving on.....
I sprayed brake cleaner (with engine running) on #5 fuel injector o-ring area and #5 intake runner to check for vacuum leaks, No vacuum leaks found!
WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH MY CAR????? ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS????????

Hi Lost again!
Thank you for responding. Yes I have swapped #5 coil to another cylinder and the the spark plug to no avail. Still the problem is with #5. I believe that the customer ran it out of gas and it might of pulled some crap from the bottom of the tank and some of that crud is caught in the #5 injector screen. Im going to pull the fuel rail to see. Thank you , Ross
