Replacing Gear Position Indicator Bulb

The D4 bulb is out. I have removed the cluster but can't get to the bulbs. There is a white plastic cover on the back of the cluster that I don't know how to remove.

Any suggestions?

Look a bit closer at it.

there are 3 "clips" holding it down. 1 on each side, one on the bottom.

I saw those but couldn't undo them.

Stuck a screwdriver in there and managed to get it open. Thanks.

Small screw driver or even a key will work.

put it the slot and push the tab in and pull up gently at the same time.
