96 accord tough to start then dies after 10 seconds.
For the last 3 or so months I've had a hard time starting my car when it was warm inside. It would take about 10 minutes of trying until it started and then the rest of the day I wouldn't usually have a problem starting it again. So a little over a week ago I had the fuel pump relay changed. Seemed like it did the trick but today when I tried starting my car it wouldn't start. Again took about 10 minutes to start but then it died after a few seconds. So I tried again and still it died after a few seconds. I walked away from my car for a few minutes and came back, kept trying until it started and kept on the gas a bit to keep the rpms up to maybe prevent it from dying. Thankfully my car didn't die but my car was idling at only 400-500 rpms. I know that's low and it can be fixed fairly easily but I doubt that would be causing my car to die and/ or not want to start. I have a limited knowledge about cars and this is a little out of my range. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
