B16A2 with Toda C Cams
Hello ! Im Ballestrini from Brazil and i have one question.
Im building a b16a2 for circuit and weekends, N/A of course, and i received a gift from a friend, a UGR SPEC TD C, its a copy of Toda Spec C (I know you dont like copies but here in brazil everything is very expensive).
My question is... what i have to upgrade for this cams ? I was thinking...
Complete valvetrain (Supertech for 11k rpm is ok ?)
OilPump (original b16a is enough ?)
CR 12.5:1
PLM Header
Etanol
MSD ingnition kit
Hondata for tune
Intake, i dont know if i will use ITBīs or a intake manifold after market...
And i NEED work in the head? port ? polish ? Maybe a DIY ?
Its my baby:

You do realize how big those cams are right? Not meant for 1.6's unless they are BUILT ***** out...and won't be good for road racing at that point.
To run those cams you will need EXTENSIVE work to a B16 and its head.
A B20vtec would run those cams nicely however and take alot less work to do it.

GEARING GEARING GEARING in a B16a with these cams as well as hrs of intake manifold work from cutting open to porting and welding, header's Toda replica with a very good free flowing 65mm exhaust.
For the head you will need springs that will take the lift of the Toda C's. I have Toda springs with my C cams but the Supertech springs should work. I would get the heavy duty ones they sell.
If you need the spec sheet for those cams let me know, I have them on one of my computers here somewhere.
