benin or benon (SP???) rear upper strut bar

benin or benon (SP???) rear upper strut bar
just wondering if anyone has ever heard of or used benon strut bars.
also, is this the same company that makes carbon fiber products?
and if possible does anyone know of a website that features their products...this kid i know is selling a brand new upper strut bar and i'm just wondering about the price i shuold offer him...if its even worth buying.
(should i just go with a skunk2 rear upper strut bar and not bother...or for like 60-80 dollars is it worth going with the benin?)
