Ok so I changed the dizzy to a known working dizzy and that didnt fix the problem checked all my grounds etc... Now im going to change the fuel filter and see if that does it. Anyways heres my symptoms for you can give me any more ideas that I may be missing

I drive around ( car runs fine for a while sometimes the whole day without a problem ) and out of no where when Im keeping the gas like at 10-15% throttle and i press on it I feel a bog then I give it a little more gas and it starts sputerring like crazy and making backfires ( i have a 2.5 straight pipe ) so its loud. Then it will jump and go really fast, it will keep doing this until i turn they key off and back on, then sometimes it will be fine for the rest of the day sometimes it will happen again in 5minutes. Its not a consistent thing ( this is the weird thing ).
