confirm real or fake volk ce28n "8 spoke"

Hi H-T. First post. Long time guest.
I was looking into these rims and was just doing research before buying. They seem fake to me because there's no "made in Japan" stamp and it seems to say " RAV'S ENG." Instead of the real deal "RAY'S ENG."
Also the seller told me they're 15x8 et28 4x100 but I could only find up to 15x7 on Ray's/volk website, along with others. The sellers asking $580 with new tires which seemed cheap for real volks as well. Please help confirm. Thanks guys.
