2. odyssey or v6 knuckles? pros? cons?
3. What year v6 accord knuckles
4. Keep the stock suspension?
5. When it comes time for coilovers do i need the 97 accord coilovers or the knuckle i put on coilovers?

Whomever has the best deal.

1st gen Ody and the 95-97 V6 Sedan Accord knuckles are the same.

95-97. However, the V6 still used the 4 x 114.3 pattern. Complete Ody knuckles with brakes would be the ideal ticket.

The geometry is the same, the only difference with the /OdyAccordCD V6 bits are that it uses a larger bearing compared to the I4 Accord.

The knuckle does nothing to affect the coil/spring assembly. Thus you would only need adjustable units that are made for the '97 Accord.
Front suspension is SLA, not McPherson Strut.

Fronts are no problem. The rears will need to have a spindle changed to get the proper threads on the spindle nut. The spindle to use comes from a Gen 6 Accord, 4 or 6 doesn't matter. It will need to be shimmed or spaced 1/8" to get the proper fit. You will need to press it out of the Gen 6 and press it into the Gen 5. Best to let a machine shop do this. The rear hub should come from a 97-01 Prelude.
