i dont think sir is the right version im trying to ask about, its the forth gen civic HB si or sir bumper im asking about

 

unsure then the gen 1 tegs are before my time heck even the early g3 one's are lol. no you'd have to do it custom/in the dark never seen or heard of what you're thinking I think you'd run into issues with the doors/fenders fitting.
