Post To anyone who has a skunk2 ultra IM.....

After the IM was installed, did you have any problems with the engine running really funnny? Getting codes like "system too lean". Can this be done without hondata on an obd2?

you're changing airflow on the car, so yes you need a tune.

what bolts on besides exhaust, cold air intake, header, test pipe, underdrive kit, and suspension, can i get away with without a tune?

that's a lot of manifold for a stock motor. especially without a tune. you're probably making less than stock power now. congrats.

with that stuff listed there you can get away with a "basemap" to run around on. pulley kits are a joke, just take the whole AC/PS systems out and get an ATI super damper . even the(not the one you have) intake manifold can be run on a base map for a bit but a tune is shortly after required.

Skunk suggests that ppl make over 350 start looking into the manifold anything below that....just get a pro series one.

I probably wouldnt even get the pro series. Manifold is like a final bolt on.. if at all.
