96 Honda Accord 2.2 vtec surging

I have a 96 accord with the common surging issue, the cooling system is bled with no air; the IAC valve is working properly. Any ideas? HELP?

Only been covered 100 times. Probably an air leak somewhere.

And its VTEC.

Sorry, its his girlfriend doing this post while he is at work. My apologies for the VTEC spelling. Back to problem, did you mean vacuum leak, because I checked and there is none.

tighten the FITV down...look in the faq's at top of this forum
