i'm sure its not the same but i've heard people tell me they are the "SAME"

the block itself is exactly the same

The Part Number on a B18C1 and a B18C5 "BARE BLOCK" is identical.

The Part Number on a B18C1 and a B18C5 "BARE BLOCK" is identical.
patnumbers shouldnt be the same because they are stamped differently.
